波形蛋白和免疫反应在嗜酸细胞性食管炎中的作用

摘要 嗜酸细胞性食管炎(EoE)是一种以食管壁嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为主要特征的慢性炎症性疾病。白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、IL-13、嗜酸性粒细胞活化趋化因子-3、波形蛋白等参与了EoE时嗜酸性粒细胞的募集和激活以及食管组织的重塑和纤维化过程,同时Th2细胞介导的免疫炎症反应亦在EoE中起重要作用。针对这些环节中的相关靶点可实现对EoE的有效治疗。本文就波形蛋白、上述细胞因子和Th2细胞在EoE发病机制中的作用和相应治疗方向作一综述。 Chronic inflammation in esophagus with eosinophil infiltration is the main characteristic of eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). It has been shown that interleukin-5 (IL-5), IL-13, eotaxin-3 and vimentin are involved in the recruitment and activation of eosinophils, as well as esophageal tissue remodeling and fibrosis in EoE; immune and inflammatory response mediated by Th2 cells also play an important role in EoE. By targeting the molecules implicated in the pathogenesis of EoE, we may achieve an effective treatment for the disease. In this article, vimentin, the abovementioned cytokines, Th2 cells and their roles in the pathogenesis and treatment of EoE were reviewed.
