从家族企业治理结构这一问题展开研究和探讨,进一步深化对当今家族企业公司治理结构的股权结构、控制权结构与实际控制人、组织机构结构的认识,找出家族企业治理结构中存在的问题,并提出相关合理建议。

This article makes a research on family firm ’ s governance structure ,then further discuss the family firm ’ s governance structure ’ s management action ,the shareholding structure ,the control right structure and actual con-troller and the organization structure .The purpose of this study is to find out the internal problems existed in family firm’ s governance structure ,and put forward some reasonable proposals .
