随着全球化竞争的不断加剧,创新成为国家、区域和企业获取核心竞争优势的重要手段,而创新网络的出现,凭借其资源共享、协同创新的优势,逐渐成为一种新型、有效的资源整合和配置组织形式。首先,对三螺旋协同创新理论与实践进行详细阐述;其次,以三螺旋理论为基础构建企业竞争优势模型;最后,在企业竞争优势模型的基础上,借鉴企业成长理论和三螺旋创新理论构建三螺旋区域创新网络的企业动态成长路径模型,将企业的成长阶段划分为:创立期、连结期、成熟期、停滞衰退期和变革期。

With the intensive competition around the globe ,innovation has become an important means for nations , regions and enterprise to acquire core competitive advantage .The emergence of innovation networks ,by virtue of its resource sharing and collaborative innovation advantage ,has become a new and effective integration of resources and configuration of organizational forms .First,the paper describes the Triple Helix and practice;second,builds a com-petitive advantage model based on the Triple Helix;finally,this paper builds dynamic growth path of regional inno-vation network business model based on the Competitive Advantage Model and the Triple Helix .Business growth is divided into the stages of establishment ,link,maturity,stagnation,decline,and change.
