中庸是儒家的核心思想,是我国优秀的传统文化。中庸之道作为一种方法论,其精髓对现代教育教学活动有积极的指导意义。当代高校教师应该积极汲取中庸之道的思想精髓,坚定不移地秉承中庸之道,做到古为今用,合理运用中庸之道指导高校课堂教学活动、高校学生教育管理工作以及高校教师自身综合素质的提高,最终获得高校教师自我长远发展。

Golden Mean is the core of Confucian thought ,and the outstanding traditional culture in China .As a meth-odology ,the essence of Golden Mean has a positive guiding significance for modern education teaching activities . Contemporary university teachers should actively absorb the essence of Golden Mean ,unswervingly adhere to it in all things,and reasonably use it to guide classroom teaching activities ,students education management work in colleges and universities ,as well as to enhance the comprehensive qualities of university teachers itself in order to achieve the long-term development of university teachers .
