摘要 为降低高危岗位员工的操作失误频率,根据系统动力学(SD)原理,构建员工安全注意力影响因素系统模型。运用Vensim软件模拟各影响因素对安全注意力的影响,探析工作时段员工安全注意力影响机制。结果表明:提高安全监管和员工安全意识是提升工作时段安全注意力水平的有效手段,安全信息刺激对安全注意力水平有短期的促进作用;安全信息刺激各特征的影响效力和作用时间不同;企业的安全文化宣传和安全教育培训通过安全意识间接影响安全注意力水平。 To reduce the frequency of human error and ensure the safe production in high-risk industry, based on SD theory,the influencing mechanism model of employees' safety attention in high-risk position was built up. Effects of factors on the safety attention during work time were simulated using the Vensim software. The results show that both safety supervision and safety awareness are effective ways to improve the level of safety attention during working period,that safety information stimulus has a positive but transitory effect,that characteristics of safety information stimulus are different in affecting time and affecting level,and that the level of safety culture and safety training influence safety attention through employees' safety awareness.
