摘要 为研究网状铝合金(EA)阻隔防爆材料在加油站埋地油罐应用的合理性,首先介绍其基本原理、国内外应用情况和相关测试试验,分析其功能的科学性和有效性,并找出使用中出现的问题,重点探讨这种防爆材料在加油站应用的必要性、安全性和实用性。调研和分析结果表明:EA阻隔防爆材料应用于加油站埋地油罐,既无必要又缺乏实用性,在安装或清罐时还可能带来新的燃爆风险。该材料除有阻塞过滤器、影响油罐清洗、容易塌陷等缺点外,其高昂的安装和维护成本还给企业增加较大负担,建议谨慎使用。 This paper focuses on rationality of application of expanded aluminum explosion-proof material in domestic filling stations. Firstly,fundamentals,applications,related tests and experiments are introduced,then effeteness and scientificalness of EA are analysed. Problems in application are also introduced. Especially,the necessity,safety and practicability of application of EA in filling station underground tanks are discussed. Literature researches and application results show that EA applied in filling station is unnecessary and unreasonable. EA used in underground tanks may bring in fire and explosion risks in installation and cleaning processes. Also,EA may collapse,block filters and affect tank cleaning. The installation and maintenance of EA are too expensive,this brings in tremendous load for filling station. So,it is held by authors that people should retain a cautious attitude towards application of EA in underground tanks.
