不确定条件下矿井火灾救灾路线优选的群决策方法 被引量:14

摘要 可用于确定矿井火灾救灾路线的决策信息,一般具有模糊性和不完整性。为探索救灾路线的优选方法,建立采用区间值Vague集理论对救灾路线进行优选的多属性群决策模型。首先确定与救灾路线优选相关的属性因素,同时给出一种考虑区间长度的记分函数公式,采用模糊层次分析法确定属性因素的权重,并采用群决策方法,通过多位专家对路线记分值的集结运算来提高决策的准确性和安全性,最后利用上述模型对某矿井进行实例分析。结果表明:巷道当量长度、井巷通过时间、巷道通行性和巷道烟流变化速度4个因素可以作为矿井火灾救灾路线优选的决策依据,利用改进后记分函数求得的优选结果与实际情况相吻合。 To explore mine fire disaster rescue route optimization method on premise that decision information has the characteristics of fuzziness and incompleteness,a multiple attribute group decisionmaking model was built. Some attribute factors related to optimizing rescue route were analyzed and determined. A scoring function formula was proved based on interval length. Weights of attribute factors were determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Group decision making was adopted to make. Multiple calculation of route score Value by some specialists. Accuracy and safety of decision has been improved. The model was used to analyze a certain mine in Henan,China,and optimization result conforms to reality.
