腹膜假黏液瘤术后复发1例 被引量：1

摘要 1 病例报告 患者，43岁，因痛经1年，发现盆腔包块合并腹水1月于2004年12月21日入院。于12月23日在全身麻醉下行剖腹探查术，术中见腹腔内淡黄色腹水200ml，子宫大小形态正常，左侧卵巢增大，表面见直径0.5～1.5cm大小不等水泡状赘生物，其内为黏液；
