摘要
政府公信力的下降使民众在面对矛盾纠纷解决问题时有一定的偏好。文章在以S省XX市信访工作为例,对基层信访所涉问题及成因进行分析的基础上,认为民主协商是完善信访制度的有效途径,并要扎实做好领导接访工作,完善信访大厅长效运行机制。
The decline of governmental credibility forces the people to have certain preferences in encountering con- tradictions and disputes when solving problems. In this article, by taking the work of petitions in the form of letters and visits as an example, and based on an analysis about problems involved in the work and their causes, the author holds that demo- cratic consultation is an effective way to improve the petition system. Accordingly, it is necessary to make the leaders do the reception work well, and improve the long-term operation mechanism of reception hall.
