为从根本上遏制矿难,需要建立以人为本的中国煤炭生产企业伦理。应从实现中国煤炭生产企业制度伦理的正义、塑造中国煤炭生产企业经营管理者的道德人格、改善中国煤炭生产企业的外部伦理环境三个方面完成中国煤炭生产企业道德伦理的重建。

In order to curb mine accidents, it is necessary to explore the establishment of people-centered ethics in enterprises of coal production ,which can be achieved by realizing the justice of the enterprise ethics, cultivating the moral personality of the executives of the enterprises, and improving the external ethic environment for the coal businesses.
