摘要
为了分析塔式起重机的动力特性及在不同水平下的地震响应,首先借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对塔式起重机进行模态分析;其次对塔式起重机的有限元模型分别输入EI Centro、Taft及汶川什邡八角站三种激励地震波,分析塔身和水平横梁节点地震响应,最后讨论塔式起重机的抗震设计要点及隔震措施。结果表明:塔式起重机的塔臂疲劳主要由地震反应谱中的窄带过程控制,反之,塔臂的折断破坏是由宽带过程起主要作用。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics and responses of tower crane with different seismic levels ,the modal analysis of tower crane is performed by using ANSYS software .Three kinds of earthquake excitations ,which are El Centro record ,Taft record and Wenchuan record ,are chosen respectively to input onto the finite element model of tower crane and analyze the seismic responses of the some nodes of tower body and horizontal beam . The key to seismic design and seismically isolated measures is discussed in the last part .The results show that ,with lower seismic levels ,dynamic responses of tower crane are governed by the narrow band of earthquake excitations ;conversely ,the wide band is the leading role .
