校企合作共建实验室的博弈分析

Analysis of Cooperation Between Colleges and Enterprises for Co-construction of Laboratory Based on Game Theory

校企合作共建实验室是当前实验室建设和发展的新模式,然而校企合作共建大都合作不紧密、流于形式,很难有实质性和持久性的进展.文章从博弈论角度出发,首先分析了影响校企合作共建实验室的博弈因素及其选择过程,接着建立校企合作共建实验室的博弈模型,探讨高校与企业之间合作共建不足的本质,并在此基础上提出促进校企合作共建实验室的相关策略.

The cooperation between colleges and enterprises for co-construction ot laboratory is currently a new pattern on construction and development of laboratory. But the cooperation is untight and becomes formalistic mostly,it is difficult to have a substantive and persistent progress. From the angle of game theory,this article firstly analyses the factors which influence the game of cooperation for co-construction of laboratory, and the selection process of cooperation, then establishes the game model for cooperation to discuss the nature of deficiencies in cooperation, and proposes relevant strategies to promote cooperation.
