下颌下腺淋巴上皮癌1例报告及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 涎腺淋巴上皮癌是一种表现为淋巴细胞浸润恶性上皮细胞的罕见恶性肿瘤。以往文献报道显示其发生与EB病毒感染密切相关，多发于亚洲人和格林兰人。涎腺淋巴上皮癌多发于腮腺，发于下颌下腺的报告少见。本文报告1例伴有EB病毒感染的，35岁男性下颌下腺淋巴上皮癌病例，并结合相关文献对其临床特点、病理特点、治疗方式进行讨论。
