摘要
劳动关系的和谐稳定不仅关系着企业的经营与发展,还影响到社会稳定和经济发展。受社会转型时期新旧体制等因素的制约,我国当前的劳动关系存在着劳动合同管理不规范、法律法规不完善、企业法制观念薄弱、员工流动性大、分配不公等诸多问题。因此,应树立和谐社会价值观,为和谐劳动关系的构建提供政策引导和法律支持,并实施科学的人力资源管理,为和谐劳动关系奠定坚实的基石。
The harmony and stability of labor relations not only relate to the enterprise management and development, but also affect the social stability and economic development. A harmonious society is our unremitting goal, and the development of harmonious society can not be completed without harmonious labor relations. With the human resources management as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of China's labor relations change, explains the reasons, and puts forward effective measures for the development of harmonious labor relations.
