回归武术之本真——从技术取向再论我国中小学武术课程设计 被引量:55

摘要 在武术教学改革新思想指导下,对中小学武术课程设计进行反思和重建。认为:强化套路、突出技击是武术本真教育的内在需求;"一校一拳"是保持中国武术"以人为本,拳种多样性、原真性活态传承"的有效策略;打练并进能激发学生的运动激情,培养其竞争意识,体验煊赫感;中小学武术课程设计应以武术教育改革新理念为指导,增加格斗内容,合理规定教学时数。 Under the guidance of new idea toward Wushu education reform, the study reconsiders and reconstructs the design of Wushu curriculum for primary and secondary school in China. It states that strengthening Taolu (Wushu routines) and the art of Wushu are the internal needs for Wushu to return to its authenticity education. One boxing taught in one school is an effective strategy to reflect Wushu' s idea of "people-oriented, diversified schools of boxing in martial arts and living transmission of its authenticity". In addition, both fighting and practicing should be encouraged in the curriculum of primary and secondary schools to stimulate students' passion for sport, so that their competitive consciousness and recognition may be trained and experienced. The design of Wushu curriculum should increase the content of combat and a reasonable allocation of teaching time should also be involved based on the new concept of Wushu education reform.
