长江干流地区“三化”协调发展水平综合评价——以沿长江40个城市(地区)为例

A Comprehensive Evaluation on Coordinated Development Level of “Three Modernizations” in the Mainstream Areas of the Yangtze River——Based on 40 Cities(Prefectures) along the Yangtze River

在工业化、城镇化深入发展中同步推进农业现代化,实现"三化"的协调发展,是发展具有中国特色农业现代化道路的必然选择。文章通过构建一套关于区域"三化"协调发展水平的指标体系,以2009-2011年沿长江干流40个城市面板数据为基础,利用主成分分析方法分层次科学评估了当前长江流域不同区域"三化"发展水平状况,并采用几何平均与算术平均调整的计算方法评估长江流域"三化"协调发展水平,最后提出相关建议。

It is an inevitable choice in the development of agricultural modernization road with Chinese characteristics by synchronously promoting industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization to achieve coordinated development of ＂three modernizations＂ . By building a set of indicators on the coordinated development level of regional ＂three modernizations＂ and on the basis of the panel data from 40 cities （prefectures） ahmg the mainstream of the Yangtze River during the year of 2009 to 2011, the paper makes scientific hierarchical assessments on the cun＇ent development level of ＂three modernizations＂ in different areas of the Yangtze River Basin through principal component analysis. It also makes the evaluation on the coordinatcd development level of ＂three modernizations＂ in the Yangtze River Basin by applying the calculation method of geometric mean and arithmetic mean adjustment. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
