摘要
集体主义、等级思想、和谐、人情、面子是中国典型文化因素,它们可能会促进或者阻碍我国员工的知识共享行为。文章采用问卷调查方式在13个省份收集数据,以840名企业员工为样本,研究了中国典型文化对员工知识共享行为的影响。实证研究发现:员工的集体主义倾向、和谐倾向对一般知识的共享、关键知识的共享均有显著性正向影响作用,人情倾向只对一般知识的共享有显著性正向影响作用,而等级倾向只对关键知识的共享有显著性负向影响作用,面子倾向只对一般知识的共享有显著性负向影响作用。我国管理者充分认识中国典型文化对知识共享的作用机制,可以提升知识管理的效率和组织创新绩效。
Colleetivism, hierarchy, harmony, Renqing and Mianzi are typical Chinese cultural factors, they may promote or hinder knowledge sharing behavior of employees. With a sample of 840 employees and data collected in 13 provinces by means of questionnaire survey, the paper makes a research on the impact of typical Chinese culture on knowledge sharing behavior of employees. The empirical results show that : both employees' collectivism orientation and harmony orientation have a significant positive effect on common knowledge sharing and key knowledge sharing, Renqing orientation has only a notable positive effect on common knowledge sharing, while hierarchy orientation has only an ohvious negative effect on key knowledge sharing and Mianzi orientation has only a remarkable negative effect on common knowledge sharing. Chinese management shouht fully understand and reasonably use this mechanism in order to improve the effieieney of knowledge management and the performance of organizational innovation.
