摘要
组织支持感是影响员工工作态度和角色行为的重要变量。根据互惠原则,组织支持感高的员工通常会表现出更积极的工作态度和行为表现,做出对组织发展有利的各种行为。反之,则会降低其工作努力程度,对组织发展漠不关心。因此,组织支持感对企业员工创造工作业绩,实现组织的可持续发展具有重要的意义。国内外学术界在组织支持感的内涵、理论基础、结构维度及测量等方面相关研究取得了很大进展,但也存在明显不足,未来研究仍有较大空间。
The perceived organizational support is an important variable that influences employees' attitude and role behavior. According to the principle of reciprocity, staff with well-perceived organizational support will usually show more positive work attitude and role behavior, to make better actions for organization development. Conversely, it can decrease one's working enthusiasm, which is negative for the organization. Therefore, perceived organizational support holds great significance for enterprise employees in creating working performance and realizing the sustainable development of organization. Although scholars home and abroad have made great progress in their study of the connotation, theoretical basis, structural dimensions and measurement of perceived organizational support, there is still a long way to go.
