摘要
沥青混合料高温稳定性对于沥青路面抗车辙性能具有重要影响,而高温稳定性又受多种因素的影响,因此,选择2种沥青、3种级配共计6种沥青混合料,进行了不同的室内车辙试验,测定了不同混合料的动稳定度,用灰色关联理论对各影响因素的影响程度进行了分析。结果表明,沥青混合料动稳定度影响因素的重要程度从大到小为最大公称粒径、软化点、粉胶比、空隙率、0.075 mm集料通过率、针入度、油石比、沥青饱和度和4.75 mm集料通过率。在此基础上,分析了各影响因素之间的关系,初步提出了沥青混合料动稳定度的预测模型。
The high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture has an important effect on the rut-resistance of the asphalt pavement, at the same time, the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture is influenced by many factors. 6 kinds of asphalt mixture (2 kinds of bitumen and 3 kinds of grading)are choosed in this reserch, the loaded wheel tracker and the dynamic stability with different mixture are also measured in this resereh, at last, the influence degree of the influence factors is analyzed with the grey correlation theory. The results show that the influence factors of the dynamic stability from big to small are maximum nominal size, softening point, powder-cement ratio, void fraction, 0.075 mm aggregate pass rate, penetration, oil-stone ratio, asphalt aggregate pass rate saturation and 4.75 mm aggregate pass rate. On this basis, the relationship in different influence factors is analyzed and the prediction model of the dynamic stability is put forward :in the last.
