米诺环素联合伊曲康唑治疗合并糠秕孢子菌感染的中重度寻常型痤疮的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨米诺环素联合伊曲康唑治疗合并糠秕孢子菌感染的中重度寻常型痤疮疗效及安全性。方法:对中重度寻常型痤疮患者进行糠秕孢子菌检查,将158例合并有糠秕孢子菌感染者,随机分为A组(53例),采用米诺环素联合伊曲康唑、阿达帕林凝胶治疗;B组(55例)采用米诺环素联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗;C组(50例)单纯采用阿达帕林凝胶治疗。结果:治疗2、4、6周后,A组有效率分别为69.8%、86.8%、94.3%,B组为30.9%、38.2%、45.5%,C组为12.0%,18.0%、26.0%,2、4、6周A、B、C组两两比较有效率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:米诺环素联合伊曲康唑治疗合并糠秕孢子菌感染的中重度寻常型痤疮安全有效。
