两种主要钩虫分类鉴定的研究进展

Research Progress in Identification of Two Main Types of Hookworm

钩虫是全球广泛流行的寄生虫病,严重危害人类健康。十二指肠钩口线虫和美洲板口线虫是寄生于人体的两种主要钩虫,可引起人体以缺铁性贫血和营养不良为主要临床表现的疾病。婴儿钩虫病亦可造成死亡。虫种的鉴别在流行病学、生态学、疾病防治及用药指导方面都有重要意义。该文从形态学、免疫学、分子生物学方面综述两种钩虫的鉴别方法及分类研究进展。

Hookworm infection is a worldwide popular parasitic disease, a serious harm to human health. Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus are two major types of hookworm in human body ,which can cause disease with iron deficiency anemia and malnutrition as the main clinical manifestations. Infantile hookworm disease can cause death. Identification of the parasite type has great significance for epidemiology, ecology, guidelines for disease control and prevention and medication. Here is to make a review of the research progress in the identification and classification of the two types of hookworms from the perspectives of morphology, immunology, and molecular biology.
