膝关节弯曲位3T磁共振成像的临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨3T MR膝关节弯曲位成像的优越性。方法 58例临床怀疑膝关节损伤的患者行3T MRI检查,58例患者同时行常规成像和弯曲位成像。采用双盲法对2种方法得出的常规图像和弯曲位图像按照韧带显示程度和对病变的显示能力进行评价。结果 58例膝关节常规成像中,前后交叉韧带同时完整显示19例,显示韧带损伤25例(前交叉韧带损伤9例,后交叉韧带损伤16例)。58例膝关节弯曲位成像中,前后交叉韧带同时完整显示45例,Wrisberg韧带完整显示7例,显示韧带损伤28例(前交叉韧带损伤11例,后交叉韧带损伤16例,Wrisberg韧带损伤1例)。结论膝关节弯曲位成像的交叉韧带、Wrisberg韧带和病变显示程度明显优于常规方法。 Objective To investigate the superiority of 3T MRI in curved knee .Methods 58 patients who had been highly suspected the injuries of knee ligaments were performed 3T MRI examination .58 cases with both straight and curved knee were performed by 3T MRI .The display degree of cruciate ligament and number of lesions were compared with double-blind method .Results In 58 cases with regular scans of knee ,19 cases showed that anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL ) were very obvious ,25 cases showed ligamentous injury (9 patients with ACL injuries ,16 patients with PCL injuries) .In 58 cases with scans of curved knee ,45 cases showed that ACL and PCL were very obvious ,7 cases showed that wrisberg ligament was very obvious in 45 cases ,28 cases showed ligamentous inju-ry (11 patients with ACL injuries ,16 patients with PCL injuries ,1 patient with wrisberg ligament injuries) .Conclusion The display degree of cruciate ligament ,wrisberg ligament and lesions of curved knee by 3T MRI is better than that of reg-ular method .
