The technique of digit replantation develops rapidly and has made remarkable achievements since the application of microsurgical technique in the 1970s in China. After decades of development, indications of replantation also changed dramatically. Replantatian operation is developing towards a more detailed technical direction, and higher requirements for postoperative aesthetic and function have been put forward. A lot of innovations and breakthroughs have been made in the treatment of special type of replantation with higher comnlexitv and diffieultv.
