摘要
生理情况下,胰岛素的功能主要是调节底物利用,参与细胞生理进程。胰岛素不仅参与调节血管张力,长链脂肪酸吸收,而且参与蛋白合成调控。从20世纪90年代开始,发现不同糖尿病小鼠模型中,胰岛素可作用于线粒体蛋白合成并调控线粒体生理功能;并且胰岛素相关信号通路得到广泛研究,其中磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶信号通路尤为重要。因此,该文聚焦在胰岛素如何调控线粒体蛋白合成及相关信号通路机制研究。
Under physiological conditions, the function of insulin is regulating the use of substrate, participating in the process of cell physiology. Insulin is not only involved in the regulation of vascular tone, long chain fatty acid absorption,and is also involved in protein biosynthesis. Since 1990s, it's found that insulin can have effect on mitochondrial protein synthesis and physiological functions in different diabetes mouse models;and insulin signaling pathways have been widely studied, especially the PI-3 K signaling pathway. Here is to make a review of the mechanism how insulin regulate mitochondfial protein synthesis and the related signaling pathways.
