摘要 丹参是唇形科植物丹参的根,被广泛地应用于治疗心脑血管等疾病。丹参的传统应用方式为水煎煮液,因此丹参水溶性成分是其主要药效基础。中药是个复杂的混合体系,各成分间可能存在拮抗、协同或转化等作用。有关丹参水溶性成分间的相互转化和相互作用进行了大量的研究,但缺乏相关总结综述。为丹参系列药物的开发应用提供科学依据,该文就近年来丹参水溶性成分间的相互转化及相互作用研究进行综述。 Danshen, the dried root of Salvia miltiorrhiza,is widely used for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular diseases. Water soluble components of danshen are thought to be the major active constituents, since aqueous decoction is traditionally used in China. Traditional Chinese medicine consists of complicated components with antagonistic, synergistic or transforming interactions. Recently, extensive investigations have been done on the transformation and interactions between the water-soluble components of danshen, but related summary or review is still missing. Here is to make a review of the researches on transformation and interaction of the water soluble components of danshen,with the hope to provide scientific basis for the application and develooment of danshen series products.
