利伐沙班预防关节置换术后深静脉血栓效果的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis on Rivaroxaban Preventive Effect on the Deep Vein Thrombosis after Arthroplasty

目的总结近年来国内外在关节置换术后应用利伐沙班预防深静脉血栓（DVT）效果的文献计量分析。方法以关键词＂利伐沙班、关节置换＂为检索词,利用中国知网和万方数据库,检索语言为中文,检索时间2008年1月至2013年9月,计算机共检索出文献40篇;以＂Rivaroxaban、arthroplasty＂为关键词在Pubmed中检索,文献检索语种限制为英文,检索的研究对象为人类,检索时间限制在2008年1月至2013年9月,检索文献82篇。结果在2008-2013年中文文献分布中,已发表的中文文献有40篇,2009年最少,为0篇,2011年最多,前3年所发表的论文为5篇。从PubMed搜索到的关于利伐沙班预防关节置换术后静脉血栓的外文期刊有47种,符合检索条件的共78篇,发表文献最多的期刊是Lancet,有5篇,所占比例是6.41%。结论利伐沙班在关节置换术后预防DVT的疗效和安全性比一般药物好,建议在关节置换术后使用利伐沙班。

Objective To summarize the effect of rivaroxaban for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis （DVT） after arthroplasty at home and abroad in recent years. Methods With ＂rivaroxaban, arthroplasty＂ as the keywords for the search term, use Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, in Chinese language, search timeframeJan. 2008-Sep. 2013,13 literatures were retrieved by computers;with＂ rivaroxaban,arthroplasty＂ as the keywords for the search, searching for in Wan Fang, retrieval language is Chinese, retrieval time is 2008- 01/2013-09 ,the 27 literatures were found; ＂ Rivaroxaban, arthroplasty＂ which are Keywords have been retrieved in Pubmed, the literature seareh language is limited by the English, retrieved the object of study is mankind, retrieval time is limitted in 2008-01/2013-09, retrieve documents 82. According to search criteria, 122 literatures were detected through the computer, the 30 of the which were analysed. Results In the Chinese literature distribution of 2008 -2013, Chinese literatures have been published 40, the 2009 is at least, don＇t one;The 2011 is at most,the previous three years,the papers published are only 5. From the PubMed, to search about rivaroxaban prevention of venous thremboembolism after joint replacement study literatures on the abroad in English have 47 kinds of journals,matching the search criteria for a total of 78 ,the most journal published literature calls the Lancet, there are five, its share ratio is 6.41%. Conclusion Aftert the arthroplasty, because the prevention about rivaroxaban of deep vein thrombosis of the efficacy and safety of the drugs were better than the general, so we recommend to use the rivaroxaban in arthroplasty.
