单嘧磺隆与光协同作用对水华鱼腥藻的毒性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用分光光度法研究了单嘧磺隆与光协同作用对水华鱼腥藻的毒性。结果表明:较低体积浓度的单嘧磺隆(0.008μg/mL、0.075μg/mL与0.755μg/mL)对水华鱼腥藻的细胞数、干物质质量、生长速率、光合色素含量影响不明显,水华鱼腥藻仍能持续生长;而体积浓度较高(7.549μg/mL、75.488μg/mL与754.880μg/mL)时,则呈现显著的抑制效应。单嘧磺隆和光有一定的协同作用,在复合培养初期(24 h)的低光照(2 085 lx)和复合培养后期(144 h)的高光照(3 716 lx)增加了单嘧磺隆对水华鱼腥藻的毒性,光照强度为2790 lx时,光与单嘧磺隆协同作用对水华鱼腥藻的毒性较小。 The toxicity of monosulfuron and light synergism to Anabaena flos-aquae was studied by spectrophotometric method. The result showed that in terms of cell number, dry weight, growth rate and photosynthetic pigment,Anabaena flos-aquae was not obviously influenced by monosulfuron at a lower concentration(0. 008,0. 075 or 0. 755 μg/mL)and remained growing, but it was significantly inhibited by monosulfuron at a high concentration(7. 549,75. 488 or 754. 880 9μg/mL);When light intensity was 2 790 lx or less, monosulfuron and light synergism was less toxic to Anabaena flos-aquae, which provided certain scientific basis of applying monosulfuron to rice field at various light intensities.
