摘要 通过对比我国有机标准GB/T 19630与国际有关标准、条例等(如有机农业运动联盟标准、欧盟EEC2092/91条例、美国有机食品项目标准、加拿大标准),分析了国内外有机蔬果生产在产地环境土壤、灌溉水质、肥料产品中危害因子、有机肥料堆制标准以及蔬果产品中农药、重金属残留限量要求等方面的差异,提出了我国有机蔬果安全标准的发展建议。 The paper compares Chinese national organic standard GB/T 19630 with foreign organic production-related standards and rules such as IFOAM,EEC 2092/91, NOP and Canadian standards, analyzes their similarities and differences in terms of soil, irrigation water, fertilizers, and manure composting as well as pesticide residues and heavy metal content limitations in vegetable and fruit products, and makes some suggestions of developing safety standards of organic vegetables and fruits in the future.
