摘要
目的:对国内外闭环式人工胰腺的研究进展情况进行详尽的综述和分析,从而为开展闭环式人工胰腺关键技术的研究提供参考。方法:通过查阅国内外多年来在闭环式人工胰腺研究方面的权威文献,深入分析和研究这些文献所介绍方法的特点、存在的问题和预期的研究成果。结果:通过对多年来闭环式人工胰腺的最新研究进展情况进行深入细致的分析和讨论,在比较了一些典型算法的特点及其应用的基础上,对闭环式人工胰腺的发展进行了展望。在国际上,关键的控制算法已经在PID和MPC两个方向上取得了较多的成果,通过大量的临床试验和FDA批准的糖尿病模拟器对算法性能进行了验证和改进,进入到了商业化开发阶段,相信在不久的将来就会有真正的跨时代产品问世。结论:国内学者应当在国产连续血糖监测系统和可精确进行胰岛素输注的胰岛素泵等技术基础上,研发出一种具有自主知识产权的新型胰岛素输注闭环控制算法系统,并使之最终开发成全自动闭环式人工胰腺的商业化产品,预期会具有重大的经济和社会价值。
Objective: To review the major progress of closed-loop artificial pancreas in recent years and to provide references about the recent advances of research for the researchers work in this field. Methods: Refen-ing to a myriad of latest papers on closed-loop artificial pancreas, the analyzing traits and exiting problems of the techniques are discussed. Results: By comparing the characteristics of some typical algorithms and its application, we proposed the future research work for closed-loop artificial pancreas. Internationally, the key control algorithm has made more progress in both directions of PID and MPC. The perfor- mance of algorithms were verified and improved through a lot of clinical trials and the diabetes simulator approved by FDA. Since the commercial development stage has come, it is believed that there will be a real cross-time product in the near future. Conclusions: Domestic scholars ought to develop a new fully automatic closed-loop artificial pancreas with independent intel- lectual property rights based on domestic continuous glucose monitoring system and insulin pump technology, until the commer cialization of the products come into being. It will have significant economic and social values.
