摘要
目的探讨白内障人工晶体(intraocular lens IOL)植入术前术后前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)的变化对术后屈光状态的影响,使植入的人工晶体度数准确。方法收集白内障患者120例(120眼),分为3组。分析每组术前术后前房深度的变化情况以及术后屈光状态。随访时间为3个月。结果第1组60例(60眼)白内障患者行超声乳化吸除IOL植入术,术后ACD变化与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后白内障患者屈光完全矫正值为(0.89±0.19)D;第2组60例(60眼)患者行白内障小切口囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入术,术后ACD变化与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后白内障患者屈光完全矫正值为(0.85±0.20)D。第3组30例(眼)白内障患者植入硬性人工晶体患者和30例(30眼)白内障患者植入折叠晶体,其术后ACD变化值为0.55 mm和0.57 mm,两者对比术后变化值没有显著差异。结论 IOL植入术后ACD的变化对植入人工晶体的度数有影响,在研究IOL屈光度数计算公式的准确性和调整公式的计算值时,应考虑术后ACD的变化。在计算人工晶体屈光度时,应该在计算结果基础上加上+1.00D^+1.50D。
Objective After implantation intraocular lens(IOL),studying preoperative and postoperative anterior chamber depth change to intraocular lens degree number is effect, and obtained ideal postoperative refraction status.Method Collection cataract patients 120 cases(120 eyes). Analysis of the change of each group of preoperative postoperative ACD and postoperative diopter.Follow- up was 3 months.Results 60 cases(60eyes)cataract phacoemulsiflcation and implantation IOL,compared with preoperative and postoperative,the difference of ACD was significant(P〈0.05).postoperative cataract patients diopter completely correction value is0.89± 0.19 D;60 cases(60eyes)small incision cataract and implantation IOL,compared with preoperative and postoperative, the difference of ACD was significant(P〈0.05).postoperative cataract patients diopter completely correction value is 0.85± 0.20D.Hard(common)lens and folding lens cataract patients of postoperative ACD of change is 0.55 mm and 0.57 mm.Both comparison, postoperative ACD change value is not significantly.Conclusion:After intraocular IOL, change of ACD affect implantation intraocular lens degree number. accuracy of study on IOL power formula and adjustment formula calculation value, considering postoperative ACD change. when calculate IOL degree number, at the base of result+ 1.00D~ + 1.50D is added.
