摘要
目的 利用64层螺旋CT血管成像(CT angiography,CTA)探讨原发性肺癌支气管动脉(BA)的CT影像特征,为肺癌诊断及介入治疗提供更多依据.方法 收集我院经病理证实的原发性肺癌63例及正常对照30例进行回顾性分析.延迟时间25~ 30 s,扫描时间8~12 s;并将上述轴位图像用容积重建VR、最大密度投影MIP、多平面重建MPR等,选取最佳观察角度,充分显示BA的CT影像特征.结果 原发性肺癌组BA显示率较正常组明显增高(P<0.05),肺癌组较正常组BA明显增粗(P<0.05)、肺癌组患侧较健侧BA明显增粗(P<0.05).原发型肺癌病灶内支气管动脉主要表现为断断续续、迂曲增粗、交织成网状;相关肺动脉可被包绕,表现为残根状,截断及受侵变窄.结论 64层CTA能安全、直观评价肺癌供血动脉的CT影像特征,为肺癌的诊断和介入治疗提供真实可靠的影像学依据.
Objective Using 64- slice spiral CT angiography(CT angiography, CTA)of primary lung bronchial artery(BA)of CT imaging features, providing more evidence for cancer diagnosis and intervention. Methods Hospital pathologically confirmed 63 cases of primary lung cancer and 30 cases of normal controls were analyzed retrospectively. Delay time 25- 30 s, scan time 8- 12 s; and these axial images with volume reconstruction VR, maximum intensity projection MIP, multi planar reformat MPR, etc.select the best viewing angle, it shows that CTimaging features of BA.Results:The rates of primary lung cancer group BA was significantly higher than the normal group(P〈0.05),lung cancer was significantly thicker than normal BA group(P〈0.05), compared with the contralateral BA ipsilateral lung cancer group was significantly thicker(P〈0.05). The original hairstyle lung lesions mainly as intermittent bronchial artery, tortuous thickening, woven into a mesh; related pulmonary can be wrapped,and root- like performance, truncated and invaded narrower.Conclusion:64- slice CTA safe,intuitive evaluation of lung CTimaging features the artery to provide true and reliable imaging for the diagnosis and interventional treatment of lung cancer.
