硬脂酸钕对环氧化天然橡胶性能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Neodymium Sterate on Properties of Epoxidized Natural Rubber

摘要 用皂化方法制备了硬脂酸钕,采用傅立叶红外光谱法对硬脂酸钕进行结构表征,采用常规方法与环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)混炼、硫化制得硫化胶,研究了硬脂酸钕用量对ENR的硫化特性与力学性能的影响,采用动态压缩生热仪分析了硬脂酸钕用量对ENR硫化胶的温升特性。研究结果表明:自制的硬脂酸钕结构中羧酸根离子与稀土钕离子间的作用是离子键性质的;随着硬脂酸钕用量的增加,ENR胶料的焦烧时间TS1与工艺正硫化时间T90逐渐缩短,硫化速率指数(CRI)也有所增加,说明硬脂酸钕具有促进ENR硫化的作用;1phr硬脂酸钕使ENR具有较好的力学性能,而且ENR的压缩疲劳温升△T2最低,达到10.7℃。 The structure of neodymium state synthesized by saponification was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). The epoxidized natural rubber( ENR) vulcanizates were prepared according to conventional processes. The effect of neodymium stearate on cure and mechanical properties of ENR25 was studied. The relation between hear buildup of ENR vulcanizates and neodymium state loading was also discussed through the flexometer. The results showed that the interaction force between carboxylic ion of neodymium state self- prepared and Nd ion is mainly ionic bond. With the increasing loading of neodymium state,the scorch time( TS1) and cure time( T90) of the ENR compound decreased,the cure rate index( CRI) increased. This indicates that the incorporation of neodymium stearate could accelerate the vulcanization of ENR. The compound with 1phr neodymium stearate shows the optimal mechanical properties and heat buildup.
