Study on determination of gold,silver and copper in decoration by X-ray fluorescence with density correction

通过研究饰品密度和元素含量的关系 ,提出了XRF检测金饰品的密度校正法。该方法快速、准确、简便 ,实测样品获得满意结果 ,相对标准偏差为 0 2 %。

Through the studies on the relation between the density of the decoration and the percentage contents of each elements in the decoration,this paper proposes X ray fluorescence with density correction to determine gold,silver and copper in decoration .The method is simple,rapid and precise.Analytical results of authentic samples are satisfactory.The relative standard deviation of this method is 0.2%.
