摘要
公交车辆的特点是起步频繁,其换挡规律对油耗有重要的影响。文章以配备手动变速器的ZK6105HG为研究对象,对换挡转速与燃油消耗量之间的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明:ZK6105HG车辆2挡到3挡及3挡到4挡的最佳经济换挡转速为1 500r/min,而4挡到5挡的最佳经济换挡转速为1 700r/min,在换挡转速相差100r/min的情况下百公里油耗相差1L左右。因此,在实际应用中对驾驶员进行节油驾驶教育,并辅助以换挡提醒装置,从而降低燃油消耗量是非常必要的。
Because of frequent start of city public transport vehicle,its shifting schedule plays an important role in fuel consumption.In this paper,the relationship between the shift speed and the fuel consumption is studied based on the city public transport vehicle ZK6105HG equipped with a manual transmission(MT).The results show that the best economic shift speed is 1 500r/min for shifting from second gear to third gear and from third gear to fourth gear while the best economic shift speed is 1 700r/min from fourth gear to fifth gear.Meanwhile a difference of 100r/min in the shifting speed can cause a difference of about 1Lin fuel consumption per 100km.So the fuel-efficient driving education for driver and the shift reminding device are necessary to reduce the fuel consumption.
