摘要
SATA3.0协议因为传输速度快、抗干扰能力强等优点成为面向未来的高速大容量硬盘数据传输标准。文章在Xilinx Virtex-5系列FPGA硬件平台上,通过配置高速串行IO-GTX,调整OOB信号的占空比以适应SATA3.0OOB信号时序要求,实现了OOB信号的产生与检测。在分析主机与设备物理层握手过程的基础上,创建了系统的状态机模型,并设计了系统的GTX闭环测试和OOB信号状态机测试的测试方案。测试结果验证了模型的正确性,实现了主机与设备的握手过程,为SATA3.0接口的固态硬盘开发奠定基础。
SATA3.0protocol is becoming a transmission standard of high-speed and high-capacity storage medium hard disk in the future because of its advantages such as high speed,strong anti-interference and so on.In this paper,Virtex-5's high-speed serial IO-GTX is configured to implement the generation and detection of out of band(OOB)signal by adjusting the duty ratio of the OOB signal to adapt the timing requirements of SATA3.0OOB signal on the hardware platform of Xilinx Virtex-5 FPGA.Based on the analysis of the handshake between the physical layers of host and device,the state machine model of the system is created and the test scheme of the system including the GTX closed-loop test and the OOB signal state machine test is also designed.The test results verify the validity of the model proposed in the paper.This study achieves the handshake between host and device and paves the way for the development of solid state disk with SATA 3interface.
