由于钢水罐容量由 5 0t增加到 90t。连铸机旋转塔大齿圈经常发生故障。经过技术人员不懈的摸索与研究 ,现已基本实现了对大齿圈的预知维修 ,有效避免了因大齿圈故障对连铸生产造成的直接影响 ,同时通过对大齿圈进行改造 ,其寿命大为提高。
Malfunction often occurs in the big tooth ring of the rotating tower of the continuous caster due to expansion of the ladle volume capacity from 50t to 90t.preventative checks and repairs have been realized through repeated tests and studies unswervingly carried out by the technical personnel and thus the direct influence on the continuous casting operation directly caused by the trouble of the big tooth ring can be avoided and the service life of the part greatly extended.
