目的探讨剖宫产围术期的临床护理方法。方法对2011年1月—2012年12月我院106例剖宫产患者的临床资料和护理方法进行回顾性总结。结果 106例患者中行急诊手术19例,择期手术87例,住院7 d^14 d,平均9.5 d。经围术期精心的护理患者无术后严重并发症发生。结论适时适度的心理护理、细心娴熟的各项操作、全程优质的护理服务,可以使剖宫产产妇和婴儿顺利度过围术期。

Objective Conclusion cesarean delivery perloperative clinical nursing methods.Methods On between January 2011 and December 2011 ,the clinical data of 106 cases of cesarean section surgery treatment and nursing methods were retrospectively summarized.Results Emergency operation in 19 cases, 87 cases of elective surgical procedures. Hospital 7 to 14 d,an average of 9.5 d.No serious postoperative complications.Conclusion Timely and appropriate psychological nursing, attentive adept the operations, the whole quality of nursing service, can make the maternal and child through perioperative.
