研究有限值l－群类F与几乎有限值l－群类F之间的关系．主要证明：G∈F当且仅当G∈F且G的每个正则子群均是极大下子群．

The relationship between Fv and F is studied in this paper ．The main conclusion is as following G∈ Fv if and only if G∈F and each regular subgroup of G is a maximum below subgroup．
