摘要
以淀粉为原料,采用酸化-交联-复合变性工艺对挤压法生产生物胶乳的复合变性淀粉技术进行了研究,研究结果表明:相对淀粉干基质量,盐酸加入量为1.4%,三偏磷酸钠(STMP)加入量0.4%,丙烯酸加入量3%,挤压熟化反应温度80℃,挤压反应物料水分为34%时,制备的生物胶乳黏度为250mPa·s,稳定性为100%。工艺简单,无污染,产品质量高,能够满足造纸生产的需要。
The technology of producing bio-latex by acid treated-cross-linked-graft reaction based on starch happening in ex-truder was studied.The result showed that:1.4%(w/w)HCl,0.4%(w/w)STMP,and 3%(w/w)acrylic acid relative to the dry starch weight were added,with the extrusion temperature 80℃and 34%moisture,the viscosity was 250 mPa·s,and the stability was 100%.The product quality was excellent and the processing was simple without pollution,which could meet the need of paper production.
