借助网络教学平台的团队学习模式在儿科护理学教学中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的针对传统儿科护理学教学中护生学习缺乏主动性、团队协作性等问题,探讨借助网络教学平台、以团队为基础(TBL)的教学模式在儿科护理学教学中的设计与应用。方法采取整群抽样法选取我校2010级护理专业本科1班和2班学生,1班作为观察组采用TBL教学模式,2班作为对照组采用传统教学模式。教学结束后进行综合理论考核,并对观察组护生进行教学效果评价的问卷调查。结果观察组理论考核成绩为(84.52±8.33)分,对照组为(79.56±7.55)分,差异具有显著性(t=3.42,P<0.05)。观察组护生认为TBL教学模式能够提高其学习主动性、团队合作能力及人际沟通能力。结论 TBL教学模式优于传统教学模式,有助于提高学生的成绩,培养团队协作精神及人际沟通能力,是一种促进学生主动学习的指导性教学方法。
