摘要
对高岭石型硫铁矿烧渣进行超细粉粹并分级得到3种不同细度的超细粉,研究了3种细度烧渣的化学成分、粒度分布、微观形貌和活性指数等性能。结果表明,3种高岭石型硫铁矿烧渣超细粉的平均粒径分别为5.71μm、2.52μm和0.68μm,比表面积(BET)分别达到5.20 m2/g、7.31m2/g和18.49 m2/g,28 d活性指数分别达到106%、113%和122%,但是需水量比略有增大,在施工时需要增加适量减水剂。高岭石型硫铁矿烧渣超细粉具备了高强高性能混凝土用矿物外加剂所需的主要性能,极具推广应用价值。
Kaolinite-pyrite cinder was processed into three ultrafine powders by airflow splintered machine. Chemical composition, particle size distribution, micromorphology and activity index of ultrafine kaolinite-pyrite cinder were investigated. The results show that the average particle size of three kinds of ultrafine kaolinite-pyrite cinder are 5.71 μm, 2.52 μm and 0.68 μm, respectively. 28 d activity index is 106%, 113% and 122%, respectively. However, water demand has increased slightly. So the water reducing agent should be appropriately increased when the concrete contains ultrafine kaolinite-pyrite cinder. The ultrafine kaolinite-pyrite cinder has the properties as mineral admixture of high performance concrete and great application value.
