摘要
从选矿工艺研究出发,在查明矿石矿物组成、化学成分和赋存状态的基础上,根据矿石性质确定浮选试验方案与工艺流程,在试验室小试的基础上,将新工艺、新药剂应用于工业生产中。获得了萤石精粉含CaF2 97.33%、SiO2 1.42%、回收率87.19%的理想指标。
Starting from the study of mineral processing technology, based on identifying ore mineral composition, chemical composition and occurrence state, we determine the test scheme of flotation and the process according to the ore properties. Based on the laboratory test, we put the new technology and the new agents into use in industrial production and attain desirable results: the fluorite powder containing CaF2 97.33%, SiO2 1.42%. and the ideal recovery of 87.19%.
