Preparation of different morphology nano-silver conductive adhesive by in-situ method

摘要 采用原位一步法制备导电胶,通过改变实验工艺条件,研究了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮含量、超声分散时间、微波加热时间对导电胶性能的影响。通过TEM对产物形貌进行表征,并分析了不同条件对纳米银形貌的影响。当PVP为0.2 g、超声分散时间8 min、微波加热时间6 min时,制备的纳米银的尺寸4均一,导电胶的体积电阻率可达到3.56×10Ω·cm,可替代传统的锡铅焊料。 Conductive adhesive was prepared by in-situ method.The influence of the concentration PVP content,ultrasonic dispersion time and microwave heating time on the performance of conductive adhesive was studied.The results showed that the silver nanoparticles with different morphologies were obtained in resin substrates due to the high viscosity of the resin.The nano-silver morphology was characterized by TEM(Transmission electron microscope) and then the effect of various conditions on the silver nanoparticles morphology obtained by in-situ method was analyzed. When m (PVP)=0.2 g,the ultrasonic dispersing time was 8 min nanoparticles size was uniform, the conductive adhesive achieve 3.56 × 104 Ω . cm. and the microwave heating time was 6 min, the prepared silver had excellent electrical conductivity,and the bulk resistivity can
