摘要
介绍了硅烷改性聚氨酯预聚体的物性,以自制硅烷改性聚氨酯预聚体为主要原料制备了单组分端硅烷基的聚氨酯胶粘剂,研究了不同原料配比对其性能的影响.该胶拉伸强度为2.94～3.52 MPa、断裂伸长率为182％～400％.
The property of silane-modified polyurethane（SMPU） prepolymer was introduced simply in the paper.Using the homemade SMPU prepolymer as the main raw material the one component silyl group terminated polyurethane was prepared.The effect of the raw materials proportion on the sealant performance was investigated.The sealant has tensile strength of 2.94-3.52 MPa and elongation of 182-400%.
