摘要
水稻芽期耐冷性是影响水稻稻芽生长发育的重要因素,是水稻生产不可忽视的重要性状之一。本试验对江西省23个早稻主栽品种进行了可控温度(5℃)下的芽期耐冷性鉴定,结果显示:大多数组合都具有相对较强的芽期耐冷性,优I402、荣优1506、淦鑫206及五丰优623等4个组合表现出极强的芽期耐冷性,而常稻品种芽期耐冷性则相对较弱,恢复系的耐冷性可能对组合的整体耐冷性起决定性作用。此外,本文还就试验中发现的问题针对芽期耐冷性的试验方法及评价标准提出了相关建议,对今后开展水稻芽期耐冷性鉴定试验提供指导。
Cold tolerance at the bud stage is an important factor that affects the growth and development of rice bud,thus,it is one of the important traits of rice that can not be ignored in rice production .In this experi-ment,23 major early rice varieties cultivated in Jiangxi Province were identified for cold tolerance at the bud stage under controllable conditions .The results showed:majority of the rice varieties had relatively stronger cold tolerance,four rice hybrids,namely You I402,Rongyou 1506,Ganxin 206 and Wufeng you623,exhibited ex-tremely strong cold tolerance ,while the inbred varieties concerned had comparatively weaker cold tolerance ,the cold tolerance capability of the restorer line might be the decisive factor in the comprehensive tolerability of a rice hybrid to cold tolerance at the bud stage .Furthermore ,based on the data acquired from the experiment ,ai-ming at some problems in the quoted experiment design and grading standard some relevant suggestions are made for the improvement of later-on experiments on identification of cold tolerance at the bud stage in rice .
