摘要
以烤烟品种K326为材料,利用小型砖混结构气流下降式密集烤房,研究不同装烟密度分别对下部、中部和上部烟叶的烘烤进程、烤后烟叶外观质量、内在质量、经济性状和烘烤成本的影响。结果表明:随着装烟密度增加,不同部位烟叶烘烤时间与产值均增加、烘烤成本和干物质损失量均呈下降(减少)趋势,下部叶烤后烟叶外观质量与感官评吸质量下降、上等烟比例降低,中上部叶则为单叶重和化学成分协调性呈上升(提高)的态势;不同部位烟叶上中等烟比例与均价均以装烟密度中等的处理最好。综合比较成本与烘烤效果认为,在本试验条件下,烘烤下部叶时,装烟密度控制在装烟竿距不超过14.8 cm,装烟量不超过165竿,中上部叶控制在竿距13.6 cm(装烟量180竿)左右,对烤后烟叶质量及经济效益形成较有利。
To improve bulk curing technology and quality of cured leaves ,the effects of different loading densities on the process of curing ,sensory quality ,internal quality ,economic characters and curing cost of leav-es from three positions of cultivar K 326 were studied under the condition of down draft barn .The result showed that ,with the increase of loading density ,the baking time and output value of the leaves from different parts in-creased,the baking cost and loss of tobacco leaf dry matter all showed a trend of decline (reduced),the quali-ty of appearance and sensory smoking of the lower leaves declined ,the proportion of superior tobacco reduced , the single weight and chemical composition coordination of the upper leaves showed a rise ( improved ) trend;medium loading density treatment had the best effect on the increase of the proportion of middle and superior tobacco leaves and the average price .By comprehensive comparison of the cost and cured effect , the average distances between loading tobacco rods within 14.8cm for the lower leaves ,and about 13.6cm for the middle and upper leaves ,made better contribution to quality and economic benefit of cured tobacco leaves .
