多效唑浸种对非洲产锐药竹种子萌发及幼苗叶片解剖结构的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Soaking with Paclobutrazol on Seeds Germination and Seedling Leaf Anatomical Structure of Oxytenanthera abyssinica from Africa

摘要 采用3种浓度(50、100、200 mg/L)的多效唑溶液对非洲埃塞俄比亚产锐药竹种子浸种24 h,研究其发芽、生长、生理和解剖性状的变化。结果表明:多效唑浸种不显著影响锐药竹种子的发芽势、发芽率,但能显著抑制种子胚芽长度,促进幼苗矮化,叶绿素含量升高,叶片表皮细胞增大,泡状细胞增大,表皮毛变得密集。综合分析,生产上可以使用50 mg/L或100 mg/L的多效唑浸种,7 d发芽完成,此时胚芽长0.54~0.42 cm;30 d时平均苗高4.92~2.36 cm,苗高抑制率为52.4%~77.2%。 The seeds of Oxytenanthera abyssinica from Ethiopian ,Africa were soaked with paclobutrazol at 3 concentrations of 50,100 and 200 mg/L for 24 h.The seeds germination,seedling growth,physiological change and anatomical characters of Oxytenanthera abyssinica were studied .The results showed that paclobutrazol soaking had no significant effect on the germination potential and germination rate ,but it could restrain plantule length strikingly ,dwarf seedlings ,and increase the chlorophyll content .In addition ,it enlavged the epidermis cells ,bulli-form cells and thickened the epidermis hair of leaves .After the seeds of Oxytenanthera abyssinica were soaked with paclobutrazol for 7 days,the plantule length was 0.54~0.42 cm and 30 days later,the average seedling height was 4.92~2.36 cm,the inhibition ratio of which was 52.42%~77.2%.From comprehensive analysis ,it may be concluded that 50 mg/L or 100 mg/L could be used in practice of production .
