摘要
贫富差距过大是目前中国面临的一个突出的社会问题,然而人们多局限在收入分配层面寻找解决问题的办法,没有抓住问题的实质。应进一步探寻解决问题的思路,从保障平等权入手进行顶层设计,保障机会均等、起点平等、规则公平、调剂到位、结果公正,为每个社会成员提供平等的发展机会,才能切实解决贫富差距过大问题,以达到共同富裕。
The gap between the rich and the poor is one of the biggest social problems which China is facing at present. However, people always tried to find solutions from the distribution of income and did not get the gist. The ideas to solve the problem should be further enhanced. To start the top-level design, we should guarantee the right of equality and ensure equal opportunity, impartial starting point, fair rules, equitable dispensing and just results. We also should provide social members with equal development opportunities to fill in the gap between the rich and the poor and realize common prosperity.
