摘要
我厂现有的硅钢连续退火炉后没有清洗装置,导致出炉的带钢表面沾染碳粉和其他粉尘,造成带钢涂层质量缺陷。针对这一问题,在水喷淋处增加一套带钢清洗装置来清洗带钢表面污渍,改善了涂层质量。
There is no cleaning device after existing continuous annealing furnace for silicon steel,which causes the dust contamination on the strip surface when discharged from furnace,thus coating defects occurs. Aiming at this problem,a cleaning device is added in the position of water sprayer to clean the strip surface stains and improve the quality of coating.
