Analysis on the operational status in public hospitals affiliated to one Shanghai district government

分析了上海市某区区属公立医院的总体状况、医疗与公共卫生服务状况、科教与学科发展状况及大型设备购置状况;提出了政府对公立医院应进行分类财政补偿、利用经济杠杆引导中医与儿科服务的提供、加强专科医院学科建设及补偿大型设备购置的建议。

Overall operational status,services in medical care and public health,education,research and specialty development and purchase of large equipment in public hospitals affiliated to one Shanghai district government were analyzed. It is suggested that government should subsidize different types of public hospitals differently,use financial lever to facilitate the provision of Chinese medicine and pediatric care in public hospitals,enhance the specialty development in public specialty hospitals,and fully compensate the purchase of large equipment in public hospitals.
